Individual AI: The North Star, the Test, and the Line We Hold.
Individual AI is built on one person, their data, their voice, owned by them, and it has to pass a simple test to prove it.

Let me be direct.
Every other AI was built on the average of everyone. We are building the opposite.
The North Star is Individual AI. Not aggregated AI. Not a foundation model trained on billions of people's data without their consent. One person. Their data. Their voice. Their model. Owned by them.
The defining test is simple: is the individual the dataset, the owner, and the beneficiary? If the answer is no, it fails. No matter what the company calls it. No matter how personalized they claim it is.
That's the line we hold.
How the Business Actually Works
We have two sides. Supply and demand. Both matter equally. Neither works without the other.
On the supply side, we capture zero-party data from experts, real people, real knowledge, data they own and control. Three personas:
- The Legacy Holder. Decades of expertise, things no LLM can replicate. We give them a way to capture it, protect it, and share it.
- The Time-Leveraged Professional. The doctor, the lawyer, the advisor whose time is the constraint. We let them be everywhere at once without losing what makes them them.
- The Web 2 Creator. Built an audience on someone else's platform, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn. Those platforms got rich. We give them a platform where their AI is the product and they own the relationship.
On the demand side, consumers come for two things:
- Individual Advice. Not the average of every sales conversation ever recorded, the actual answer from a real expert whose AI carries their actual knowledge and reasoning.
- Services and Coursework. The outcome layer. When someone is ready to go deep, to learn, apply, and transform. This is where knowledge becomes action.
Four Operating Boxes
Every initiative, feature, campaign, and hire gets assigned to one of four boxes before we commit resources. No exceptions.
B2B Cold Start, hands-on, high touch, finding the right experts and building their model with them directly.
B2B Scale, systematizing what worked in the cold start into onboarding flows, self-serve tools, referral loops.
Consumer Cold Start, still learning this one, still mapping the moment that makes someone come back.
Consumer Scale, the flywheel, the end state we only reach by going through the first three.
If someone can't tell me which box their work belongs to, that work isn't ready to be resourced.
Revenue, Plainly
We charge supply. Professionals pay because we give them leverage and reach they couldn't get one-on-one.
We remove friction for consumers. That's not where we build barriers, it's where we build momentum.
We trigger payment at outcome moments. Not when someone's browsing. When the advice lands, when the course delivers, when the outcome is clear.
The Marketing Is Already Happening
The best marketing this platform will ever produce is already on it. Every breakthrough, every time someone hears themselves in their AI and feels something, that's the story. Our job is to capture those moments and get out of the way.
What We Don't Know Yet
We don't have full visibility into where a general model covers consumer intent versus where individual knowledge is actually required. That's the critical unknown, and our entire consumer value proposition depends on that line being real and being wide.
I believe individual knowledge is irreplaceable. I've seen it in our own users. But belief isn't data. Closing that gap fast should be the top research priority right now.
The Question That Keeps Me Up
Are we building a platform that charges for access? Or a graph that participates in the value it creates?
A platform takes a toll and steps back. A graph gets smarter with every interaction, surfaces the right expert at the right moment, and takes a position in the outcome, not just the transaction.
That second version is what Individual AI at scale actually looks like.
